For wxt terminal, "press cross on the upper right corner" causes crash.
I can fix this if windows api function SetConsoleCtrlHandler. (I have tried and tested once.)

The reason I have not submit this patch is that I cannot make a decision in which it is implemented in
plot.c or win/winmain.c.

If the patch is hopeful I will post it to the bug tracker.
