Just add this two lines after the "label_number = label_number+1;\"
line in the label_loop.gnu file:

cmd = sprintf("echo \"set label '$0' at %.2f,%.2f textcolor 1\" >>
outfile.txt",MOUSE_X,MOUSE_Y);\
system(cmd);\

Now your final chosen position is appended to the file "outfile.txt"
with the whole line necessary to create this label.
