[Gnuplot-info] Tiny invisible border between data points with eps output

I'm trying to plot some data with the "with image" option and I'm
getting a tiny invisible border around each pixel of the data (see
attached zoomed-in screenshot).  This artifact only occurs if I use
certain output styles, but for some reason it looks particularly
horrible when looking at the figure at normal zoom.  Is there any way
to get rid of this?  I can use the png output if I really have to, but
I intend on embedding this figure in a PDF document so it would be
really nice to have everything be scalable.
