[Gnuplot-info] how to plot 2d figures with discontinuous x axis

as the example figure shows, three figures are plotted in one figure and 
the x axis is not contunuous cause the broken intervals has no data and is 
not necessary to plot. And the the broken part in the x axis is expressed as 
"-//-". How can I plot a figures like this with the given data files?
