[Gnuplot-info] How to use files with Unicode in their path?

Hello everyone,

In searching the forum I found numerous references to UTF-8 encoding of
textual elements in a plot like labels and such, but I cannot find any
reference to how I should open a file with a Unicode path.
I'm using gnuplot through a pipe and if I'm sending something like "load
'file€aùé.gnuplot'" encoded in UTF-8, the GUI doesn't understand the name at
all, obviously trying to interpret each character individually. Obviously, I
have the same problem if I want to set the output to a file with a unicode
path. Actually, if I'm typing directly into the GUI accented characters like
'é' or exotic ones like '€', they are not interpreted correctly. Is there a
setting I've missed to enable Unicode characters in the console? 

I'm using the gnuplot 4.5 binaries for Windows (and I'm on Windows Vista).
