Yes.  With a few glitches regarding the help files.  Microsoft in their 
infinite wisdom decided that nobody wanted to read help files in the 
32-bit WinHelp format any more, so they dropped support for it in the 
default install.  They do provide hints how to install it from the 
Internet, though, once you run into that limitation.

The bigger limitation is their new "all files off the Internet are evil, 
unless they were blessed by the MS Installer" policy.  This leaves a 
mark on the files extracted from our .zip files that has to be removed 
before online help will work.  Unfortunately, I forgot what that mark 
was or how to remove it... :-(
