[Gnuplot-info] Passing different "call" script parameters

I have many separate data files which I plot by calling a script:-
 
e.g. call 'all_rep_med_plot' $si 150 5000

which, using head/tail commands, plots 150 rows from the data file named si,
ending with row 5000. The thing is the data files contain 100+ columns and I
call different scripts for different types of plot of differing columns and
everything is becoming a bit cumbersome. What I would like to do is combine
some of these separate scripts into one and add a fourth parameter to be
passed to this script to plot the relevant output, ideally something like :-

call 'all_rep_med_plot' $si 150 5000 m
call 'all_rep_med_plot' $si 150 5000 c
call 'all_rep_med_plot' $si 150 5000 i

etc. where the m, c and i are parameters which define the plot to be output.
I was thinking maybe of using conditional plotting, but this applies line by
line, and I think what I will need is some sort of block conditional:

if parameter 4 is m plot.............(currently one script)
if parameter 4 is c plot.............(currently a different script)
if parameter 4 is i plot.............(currently a third script)

Can anyone help with this?
