So far as I can see, the EMF produced by your test script displays properly
both when viewed in EMFVIEW and when imported into PowerPoint.  But perhaps
I simply did not notice a difference between what you intended and what was
produced.  Could you please explain what is wrong with the plot when you
view it on your machine?
