[Gnuplot-info] Squeezing the x-coordinate

Hello All, 

I would like to squeeze the x-axis. To give you an example, I would like the
following figure

to be squeezed to look like this:

Basically, I would like change the dimension of the x-axis from what is
generated by gnuplot as default.
