[Gnuplot-info] question - licence

Hello team of gnuplot,

I'm interested in this part of the licence:

 6  * provided that the above copyright notice appear in all copies and

i'm from germany and don't know the exact meaning of documentation. does it only mean the copyright comment has to appear in all source codes or does it also mean that the copyright comment must be added e.g. under a graph (picture) which i created with gnuplot for my own page.
