[Gnuplot-info] fix palette

Hi,

I try to define a fixed palette for a map view, but Gnuplot alway sets the
color assigned to the maximal value in the definition to the actual maximum
value in the data. For example I type:
set palette defined (0 "black" ,  3 "yellow")
but if the data is in [1,2], points with value 2 will be yellow and the side
bar will be also ranged [0:2], no matter if I defined zrange before.

Please tell me how to suppress this behavior.
