[Gnuplot-info] looking for max terminal sizes for png, jpg, and other file output terminals

[<be...@bl...>]

I seem to be running into a hard width limit of ~65k for png files 
but have not found any documentation that indicates what the hard 
limits are for various terminals.

Have I overlooked something?
