Hello

Yesterday I have used gnuplot 4.5(cvs) x11 on the cygwin.
I have tried again gnuplot 4.4.0 on the cygwin.

Perhaps your x11 resource file 'Gnuplot' is not placed to the correct directory.

The correct directory depends on the system.
In the 'INSTALL' in gnuplot-4.4.0 source.
