[Gnuplot-info] Selective labels

I would like to ONLY use certain labels for the plot and not all of it. As
can be seen from the screenshot below setting labels by default sets all the
labels. If there a way to pick and choose which labels one wants to display? 

For labeling I have done for example

label1 = "This is one" 

plot "something.dat" w p title label1
