In my case the graph I would like to be filled is always below, or equal 
to, the other graph. eg. I want to compare total I/O (line) with cached 
I/O (filled). The result of using a filled graph and a line makes the 
graph very clear to interpret.

Nevertheless, is it not always the case that the ordering can be used to 
draw the line over the filled area?
