[Gnuplot-info] key/legend control

Hi

I have a legend which has 10 keys (10 items). I have used:

set key horiz
set key

I have also tried to use

set key height 0.5
set key width 20

to define/fix the physical size of the legend. But I still do not understand
how to use or define the number after

set key height
set key width

For example, how I am going to set the size of the legend to hold the 10
items of keys in only 2 columns. That is 5 items of keys in 1 column. Is
there also a way so that Gnuplot can automatically set the size of the
legend after I fix the number of columns or rows to hold the keys.
