Hello please use gnuplot foo.gp - instead of gnuplot --persist foo.gp '-' after script is important. gnuplot> help batch/interactive (snip) To launch an interactive session after an initialization file "header" and followed by another command file "trailer": gnuplot header - trailer ****************************** In the way like gnuplot foo.gp - 'trailer' part is omitted. The gnuplot goes interactive session after the script foo.gp is executed. The gnuplot is in interactive session so that you can use mouse operation on graph window like zoom.
