One more minor thing: Tatsuro has added directory demo/html/ which is of no 
use. I've checked that "make" nor "webify" cannot work in the binary 
distribution (i.e. without full gnuplot sources) so it makes no sense to 
distribute this directory. I don't think there is anything useful for a 
user, right?

Ethan, please remove directory demo/html/ from gp440win32.zip.
