Hello

This is just a record of my building NetBSD editline library under the cygwin. 
This might be useful to those who distribute gnuplot binaries with the readline/editline feature. 

The NetBSD editline library is not distributed the cygwin official site.
One has to build from source.

Download site

Patch is required to build it under the cygwin.
It is available from the below
