I was able to plot both columns using this syntax in a batch file. plot "allPins.dat" using 1:2 title "Series 1", "allPins.dat" using 1:3 title "Series 2" pause -1 ~ "allPins.gp" 2L, 97C Is there a better way so that I don't need hundreds of commands seperated by comma?
