[Gnuplot-info] Strange key title behavior when using the TikZ terminal

Experiencing a problem when using the "script" below for making a plot. If i
change the terminal to epslatex, everything looks exactly as it should look
like, but when using the TikZ terminal the key titles behave strangly.

To get proper steps between each point I've added an invisible
pseudo-dataset
(http://old.nabble.com/symbol-points-of-curve-td18112970.html), but I don't
know if this is the reason for the key titles to become as they do.

Anyone who can point out the error in my *.gp file for making the plot
below? The strange thing is that this happens only with this plot. All other
plots I've made with the TikZ terminal look as they should, so there's
obviously something I do wrong here, but I just can't see what.
