I should start with this: Sorry for my maybe not so good english :) And now to my problem: I have data concerning rutherford-scattering. In order to verify the formula I need to make a fit with the function f(x)=a*1/(sin(x/2)**4). Like you can see I get for x=0 a little mathematical problem. The following picture shows the fit in green and how I would like it to be in blue. Is there any possibility of telling GnuPlot to skip x=0 and interpolate? http://old.nabble.com/file/p26634110/singu.png singu.png Thx -- View this message in context: http://old.nabble.com/Problem-with-singularity-%3C-%3E-Divide-by-zero-tp26634110p26634110.html Sent from the Gnuplot - User mailing list archive at Nabble.com. |
