[Gnuplot-info] linewidth in splots

Hi again

When I increase the linewidth in an splot the line gets wider in one
dimension only so
that what started as line before increasing the linewidth looks like a plane
after increasing
the linewidth. Is there a linestyle change (or any other method) that will
allow me to make 
the thicker line look like a beam instead of a plane (ie linewidth increase
in 2 dimensions)?
