I see no changes to any of the code since 2009-08-21, although I did remove
the "EXPERIMENTAL" flag from the configuration comments for the wxt and canvas
terminals last night.  I apologize for not updating the ChangeLog to reflect that.
The only other change I see is the correction of a versioning typo
(reference to 4.1 rather than 4.2) in the postscript help section.
