[Gnuplot-info] Degree Symbol in pdf Terminal

Hello everyone,
How do I use the degree circle ° in the pdf terminal?
The following code does not work. Can anyone help?

set term pdf enhanced color fsize 8 size 13cm,5cm
set label 9 "{/Symbol F}_1}=78{/Symbol \360}" font ",5" at graph 0.29, 0.4 ,
0.3 front textcolor rgb "black"
