Well, if my problem isn't with the code, do you have any other suggestions
about how I may solve it.
I'm running 
G N U P L O T
	Version 4.2 patchlevel 4 
	last modified Sep 2008
	System: Linux 2.6.28-12-generic
on an AMD 64 bit processor running Ubuntu 9.04.
Maybe there is something wrong with my installation/terminal settings or
something else?
