[Gnuplot-info] is there any one that can help me create graph template

Hi, all i know this question is going to be really stretched out (considering
my expectations ), but i'm gonna post it anyway .

well i need to create a graph that looks like this.

 and i don't have that much knowledge to create one myself. so if any one
