[Gnuplot-info] Border issue

Hi, I have examined recently following simple sequence of gnuplot commands:

set ticslevel 0
set border 31
splot [-1:1][-1:1][0:2] 1

According to the documentation, only the bottom and left vertical border
lines should be displayed but the resulting graph contains also some
fragments of the other three vertical border lines.

Is there any way how to get rid of them? It seems that the "set border"
command has no effect on it at all except the "set border 0" case.
