I went a big bit ahead! - Wow, thanks a lot.

I used

plot [60:120] [60:120] "Lage-HST-Herzo.csv" using 1:2:4 with points  
pointtype 5 pointsize variable

to make it look quite close to what I want.
Now there are some details remaining:

* How can I avoid the axes to be plotted?
* How can I make the "points" look like circles?
* How can I plot the figure in column 4 (which contains the point  
size = number of boarding passengers) besides each point?
