I have not met the problem that you met on my buid binaries on Msys+MINGW GCC-4.3.2-dw2-TDM.
(windows XP.)

I am distributing the binaries of gnuplot 4.3 (cvs) on my web site.

Please download and check.

If you have no trouble, problems perheps rely on the your build system.
