I've actually followed the instructions a few times, but kept getting this message:

NMAKE: fatal error U1077: '"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\bin\cl.EXE"' : return code '0xc0000135'
Stop.

Any idea?
