The problem with dashes and the like in pixel formats is that they don't come
out very well. I guess that's the reason the option for dashes/dots don't
exist. 

For all your converting needs: imagemagick's convert.

Thanks for the idee to convert the eps into gif, but I need it to automatise
by scripts, becauce the gif Plots should be createt automaticaly by a
