sorry for my little english. I think that with an example, maybe I could describe the problem. I have got a tabular data about xyplot. My plot has got 1<x<10000 and -50<y<50. It is premised that y value is random, so my plot is an alternate positive peaks and negative peaks. I would like create graph about this plot, but into xy cartesian graph where x is a circle and not a infinity line. so x=10000 is first of x=1.. because they are in a circle.. is it possible with gnuplot? example: http://www.g-language.org/GenomeProjector/wiki/_media/plasmidmap_ecoli.png?w=&h=&cache=cache thanks, alessandra.
