loading file

Hi,

I am new to gnuplot but have a quick question.  I am trying to load a file
from which I can plot using the 'load' function but the file is not found.
I put the file in the binary directory.  What would you recommend to do to
load a file?  Is there a reference page you would recommend to look at?
