new GPVAL_ variables

I've just updated

which adds new GPVAL_ automatic variables:

GPVAL_PLOT={0|1}
GPVAL_SPLOT={0|1}
GPVAL_VIEW_MAP={0|1}
GPVAL_VIEW_ROT_X=double
GPVAL_VIEW_ROT_Z=double
GPVAL_VIEW_SCALE=double
GPVAL_VIEW_SCALE_Z=double
GPVAL_MULTIPLOT={0|1}

Does somebody find use for (need) other variables?
