[Gnuplot-info] Multiplot combined with splot command

Dear all,

Please, if someone could tell me if it is possible to make a multiplot
that consist of several graphs obtained with splot command. In practice
I need several basically 2d plots on the same page, but each of which
are splots with no surface options, that is just contours. When I try with
usual multiplot procedure with set size x,y I obtain 2 graphs on 2 pages 
instead 2 graphs on 1 page. Is the problem coming from the fact that I am 
not able to define z dimension of the graph as being 0?
