Closing Patches

I have applied and closed the patches:
1962130 (smooth cumulative)
1827826 (additional dgrid3d kernels)

I suggest we also close patch
632289 (dgrid3d: scaling and range)
because it is by now over 5 years out
of date and from what I can see has 
been superseded by the just applied 
patch 1827826. Any comments or
objections?
