[Gnuplot-info] small patchlett against plot2d.c

Dear listmembers,
attached please find a patch against plot2d.c to prevent the first empty line 
in the output file of terminal table.

I think it would require the very same "codelett" in plot3d.c following line 
969 :
if (0 != surface)
	fprintf(outfile, "\n");

fprintf(outfile, "#Surface %d of %d surfaces\n", surface, pcount);

if you really want to see the pictures above - use some font
with constant spacing like courier! :-)
