I see the current change at
	http://gnuplot.sourceforge.net

The bottom part is OK, but the top part ... I don't like. The two-column is 
too narrow, and the background colour is strange. Please revert it back.

However, what would be nicer, is to "gnuplot homepage" title center
over the "line" with "[Plot Figure] TOC [Splot Figure]".
