Thank you Hans. Perhaps you are right. The cygwin emacs is now something wrong with me. I tried reinstall the cygwin emacs by cygwin setup but it always hangup at uninstall phase. And downloaded the size of emacs-21.2.exe is zero byte in emacs-X11-21.2-13.tar.bz2.!!! I ask it now in the cygwin ML. So I'll wait a while.
