make of gnuplot cvs djgpp failed (Newly imported Bug??)

I have attemted to gnuplot cvs (2008-03-02) on the djgpp.

The error seems to be confiliction in terms of "refresh_request".

My trying comes from only curiosity so that the reply is not urgent but
the problem seem to be Bug newly imported bug.
