[Gnuplot-info] Plot title outside the graph

I am plotting a graph with a number of lines. The titles for my lines are so
many that the plotted lines go over the titles, obscuring them somewhat.

Is there a way to plot these outside the graph? I checked the user manual
but it doesnt seem I can supply an argument for this.
