Yes.  It has its own kind of gotchas, but it's a lot more organized, and 
easier to manage than an unstructure mailing list.

Well, most bug reports actually do need a file: the exact command 
sequence, e.g., or the data being used.  As is,m I have to answer the 
majority of reports with a request for missing information.
