Only Lars ever managed more than a single release. As I said: this is what comes of releasing so seldom. Not really. 'make dist' is supposed to make a tarball, regardless of whether that's a release or snapshot. Lars put some tricks into the toplevel Makefile.maint. I think 'make -f Makefile.maint rel-check' is more like what we should consider updating. Thanks for all the hard work, and congratulations all around. |
