When I needed to define the dash patterns, I figured out that they are
different for PDF and PS (I didn't look at other terminals), although
there should be no reason for that. I took the ones defined in PS, to
remain as compatible as possible. It would be nice if those patterns
would match as well.

PS: I don't know if these terminals are still worth suporting, but
pstricks terminal doesn't support colored lines either (no reason for
that).
