SVG versions of the demos

I ran the entire set of demos through the svg terminal,
shaking out some bugs in the process.  
The bugfixes are in cvs, and the demos can be viewed at

   http://gnuplot.sourceforge.net/demo_svg/

I omitted the main image demo because it adds another 30 MByte
and tends to tie up your browser for several minutes while it
renders the images pixel by pixel.

All demos are properly handled by the KDE ksvg plugin except
for the justification of enhanced text.  This is a known bug in ksvg.
