Was there any resolution to the issue of building wxt terminal
support for OSX?

I would like to put out a second release candidate for 4.2,
and would like to add a note to the INSTALL file about known
platform-specific problems.

The most important thing to establish is whether this is going to 
require further code changes in gnuplot, which might hold up a
final release of 4.2, or whether it is a matter of installation
instructions only.
