rotate

Hi,
I'm working with the pslatex terminal.
Something goes wrong with dvips when I use the rotate option.
I get several error messages like this :

dvips: Unknow keyword (rotate) in \special will be ignored
dvips Could not find figure file ps\penalty; continuing

Is this a bug?
Could this be related to an incompatibilty of gnuplot's code with newer versions
of ghostscript?
