For some reason AquaTerm is not picked up by the configure script.  
Check the output from configure or look through config.log.
Could you also check the version of AquaTerm and its install location?
Do you have multiple copies of AquaTerm installed (e.g. from Fink or  
DarwinPorts/MacPorts)?
