As far as I am concerned, I went through the "news" section of=20
gnuplot.doc and completed it. I think the docs can be considered ok for 4=
.2.

The only remaining things in my opinion before the branching are:
-wait for the Japanese translation to be in sync,
-increment the VERSION file.
